This Sunday I had a bunch to write however, I got hit with the flu. I have been sleeping almost all weekend.
I did want to check in and see who is doing the homework to make the shift in thoughts. Gratitude is so important for shifting our thinking. When you start focusing on what you have vs what you do not have more things will come your way. You don't have to have huge things you're grateful for. It could be the beautiful morning weather that allowed you to take a walk. it could be something nice someone did for you during the day. I have pets. A dog and a cat. If you have been on my instagram or facebook, you know my dog Sierra gets way more photo time than my cat, Evelyn. I am always grateful for these two when I'm down and out. AKA Sick. They never leave my side.
This week continue writing 3 things you are grateful for while you journal about your meditation time.
